A review for MY SLEEP

We bought 2 beds, 1 of them being defective (cannot assemble) and the owner changed it twice. After the 2nd time, we asked for a refund as we needed a bed for my son. The owner declined to refund us (their customer policy does not give refunds), offered to changed it a 3rd time. I told him i could not wait for another week and run the risk to get a deffective item for the 3rd time. He said his policy was not to give refunds; i told him by law, if the product is misleading ,defective,in Ontario i can break the contract. He still declined to honour it, so we have no options left but to take him to Court and complain with the BBB. DO NOT BUY from them. Gary has no manners and was extremely rude to my wife and myself. We are going back to Big Box Retailer.

We brought them in for a deep cleaning and we were really satisfied with the service. Since then we tried to have them come back, we left messages, however we cannot get in touch with them anymore. A review for Classic Home Inspections Inc.

When we were looking for a home inespector, we thought of using Mike Holmes' services . However, after seeing the reviews on Home Stars and realizing inspectors were subcontracted, we looked for someone else,hopefully the best in the market. This is how we found Brent. Brent took the time to explain us everything, asked us many times if we had any questions, guided us on how to go back to the builder and how to ask them to replace things that need to be fixed and told us to contact him if we had more questions in the future. Although it was a new house, Brent found mold in the basement's insulation, which could have cost us thousands. He was very polite,good sense of humor , extremely knowledgeable and tech savy (he shared our pics on a cloud system so that we could download them) Thank you brent for all your help!
