Needed a basement apartment and because of some time conflict scheduling the landlord did not clean anything (but allowed to stay for almost a week for free, providing I do it myself). I got a group site voucher for Sterling Cleaning and Restoration that covered about $ 100 for three 200-sq.foot rooms (the ones I needed to clean were more or less the same - I guess smaller even) and they did the job quite decently. The carpet was dark in the first place, so I cannot say whether there were or remained some stubborn stains, but it smelled nice and looked more fluffy after the treatment. Timing was not an issue: the landlord could let them in 24x7, but otherwise I wouldn't be able to have it done so fast.

We have discovered a couple of wet spots on the finished basement floor last winter, but the season wasn't very rainy, and money was a problem, so we just sat on the quotes we collected from two companies who discovered a crack in the wall. During the summer the issue with the basement resurfaced - it was to be made liveable again, so we called back the companies who provided the quotes. What can I say - ABC was the one who stood up to their initial price, but they were very busy. We also called other companies, as we wanted to do it asap - but those who could do it immediately at a comparable price could not get under the deck. So, we decided to wait until ABC had a spot for us - and they did the job. Exactly like it was discussed, with all the digging and the layers of waterproofing materials. A couple of days it took, timing was not exactly perfect, but they didn't need the owners in the house at all, so it did not interfere with our schedule at all. The workers even cleaned up the dirt afterwards. The next day started a period of rains and showers, so it was a good timing after all, and nothing leaked. A job well done, thank you!

Used their service twice - for moving big furniture items from a sale for myself and for apartment moving for a friend. Arrived on time, movers were working very fast and gave advice on what item to prepare next to save time (= money). Turned out the apartment my friend rented wasn't ready, so they offered to store the contents overnight without extra charge in their trailer (his order was the last on the previous date and the first one to move in in the morning). Piece of advice, though: they don't have current road information, so check the route before your move for road closures, traffic, etc. because you don't want to get stuck in traffic and pay for it (it's time based).

Very tasteful arrangement of fabrics and designs for our window and balcony and very meticulous execution. I loved how Irina suggested fabrics based on wall and ceiling finishing, also considering light / shade nuances. She has several albums - mostly of her work, to get ideas from.

Got a deal to install basement windows when I agreed to their design (didn't really matter), because someone else cancelled the order and the dimensions fit mine. Otherwise, the price is the same as competition. Workmanship was good.
