Troy is a real pro and takes the time to explain his process. I've hired Troy in the past to get rid of squirrels in my attic. He added a 1-way door and then sealed it up after they were gone. Fast forward a couple of years and I thought I heard them back. He came back, checked the whole roof, didn't see any areas of entry and determined that they were mice. This was confirmed with some pictures from the attic. So we baited it.

We heard a scratching and what sounded like a bigger animal in our attic on Friday night. Gotcha Wildlife was able to fit us in at noon on Saturday in the middle of an already busy schedule. Kenneth was very professional, described the work to be done and the cost, which were very reasonable. He inspected our entire roof and found and documented the point of entry. Then he was able to get the raccoon out and add wiring to the rest of our roof vents quite expeditiously. The work is guaranteed so we're very happy with the service, you can't go wrong with Gotcha.

Larry is now my go-to plumber after a number of service calls. He shows up on time, figures out and fixes problems quickly. This time I had a mysterious leak which was diagnosed to poorly done renovation. Found the problem and fixed it in the same visit; cleaned up well too. The cost of his time and service was very reasonable as well.

He took the time to explain the pricing of the job based on different outcomes. He worked efficiently, without making a mess and talked about what he was doing. Very happy with the service and work performed by DrainWorks. They replaced the clay pipe that was originally connecting the house's sanitary line to the city with PVC and snaked out other roots in the pipe showing me what they did before and after with the camera.
