We met with Ilia for a quote for windows and patio door. He was professional, knowledgeable. The installer Ramin and his assistant were punctual, polite and considerate. Ramin did an excellent job in installing windows and patio door. He was very detailed. They cleaned up afterwards. The products look amazing and we are very pleased. We will recommend Window Depot Canada.

we were looking for someone to replace hardwood floor on the main floor. So, we decided to give Tycan Flooring a call based on great reviews on Home Stars. Adam was professional, extremely polite and easy to talk to. Adam and his crew did an excellent job. They have a showroom with all kinds of wood flooring. We contacted Tony at Albvision Windows based on the positive reviews on Homestars. Tony provided a very good estimated cost for each patio door and told us what would be included. Tony and his crew came within a couple of days of the estimate to install the 2 patio doors. Installation was quick, efficient and excellent. There was a manufacturing defect and Tony arrange to have one panel of a patio door replaced by the manufacturer. Within a few days, Tony called to arrange to visit to replace the panel with a new one. We will definitely recommend this company because of the excellent service Tony and his crew provided. On August, 2012, when my washer broke, I called Delroy based on positive reviews from home stars. He came the next day. He looked and checked finally he said it will cost too much to fix because the part (motor) is expensive. It might not worth to fix, but then again it is up to me, if i decide to go ahead to fix it, he 'll be happy to order the part & come to fix it. At the end, we decided not to fix, we bought a new one instead. I appreciated his honesty.

We have been renting the hot water tank for about 4 years from MorEnergy. Few months ago, we called this company because the venting pipe for the hot water was loose (almost came off). someone came within few hours. He fixed the venting pipe for the hot water tank. He also checked all the venting pipes to make sure everything is ok. and he mentioned that if it happens again next time, turn off the unit for safety. (I forgot his name, but it was a nice guy.) The service charge was free because it is a rental product. We pay $25.82 per month to rent the hot water tank.
