From the time I met with the sales representative to the installation of the door, Moncada took the time to let me know at what stage we were. Very accomodating in terms of installation date. With the all the options available, the sales rep was very informative as to what I was looking for and made recommendations. Very happy with the sales rep and the installers. Certainly will recommend Moncada. Should mention that, I did a lot of shopping around and Moncada offered the same door for a much lesser price.

From the time I contacted Window Land to the time of installation the service was exceptional. One thing that stood out to me in comparison with other companies, was the knowledge and not pushing the sale on. I have many people stopping by and asking me who did the windows. It has been two years and have not had any problems. Very happy with the work. Will certainly recommend.
