The selection was wonderful, and the additional catalogues for other styles from which to choose were very helpful. Also, the designers/sales staff were all most professional and helpful. I was very happy with the service and the quality of the furniture. The prices were quite reasonable for the quality of the material. I just wish they had sales once in a while.....

The store needs more personnel to service the customers. Also, it would be nice to receive a smile and some helpful service. There is nothing worse than going to a store and feeling that we are doing them a favour. What ever happened to courteous service?

I loved the buttons at this location. They were very unique and interesting. I just wish they had had enough of the different styles that I needed. When I asked if they could be ordered, the sales person didn't know when the supplier would show up. Also, I would have liked to see more variety of fabric. On a positive note, the quilting material and classes offered seems very interesting. A sewing club/class would have been a nice offer....

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything from durability, installation, care, and colour coordination were addressed. In addition, returns of extra materials were no problem. Regardless of the store traffic, there were sufficient salespeople on the floor to make sure no one waited too long for service. Plus, they had a wonderful selection!

It was wonderful service. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful both in terms of materials and installation. He also came to the house to give an estimate, and he was very punctual and his workers very courteous throughout the renovation. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to family and friends. It was good, old fashioned service!

The selection and quality was unremarkable. The supplies were low, and when asked if I could get the light sent to that location, the response was negative. When I asked whether they could find out other locations that still had sufficient stock, they suggested that I call other locations. Another negative was the check-out areas that didn't have sufficient personnel to deal with the number of clients awaiting service. It would have been helpful if more informed staff could be found instead of the customer going from aisle to aisle trying to find assistance.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. When they didn't know the answers to my questions, they sought the assistance of more informed co-workers. The selection was beautiful, and it was easy to order additional materials. Also, returns were handled efficiently and courteously. I would highly recommend this location to others.
