I talked to a nice woman at the company and got a quote for a service call and the cost of rekeying a lock. Amazingly,within two hours, the technician was at my door. Unfortunately, when the technician removed the pieces, he said that it was not a type of lock that could be rekeyed. He offered me two products instead to replace the lock: one that would cost $270 and one that would cost $150. I went with the cheaper of the two expensive choices and it took the technician about two minutes to attach it to the door. However, because he could see that I, as a retiree, was concerned about the cost, as he wrote up the bill, he reduced the fee. I called the company back to inquire about the pricing. The woman told me that the technician decides what is necessary and what to charge based on the situation. I was pleasantly surprised later to receive a call from the owner, Ronnie, who wanted to answer any other questions that I might have and to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience with his company.

I would have written sooner but didn't realize Lisa was listed here. I have used her services twice for plumbing emergenices. Lisa provides prompt, conscientious service and makes suggestions for improvements. I have had a number of bad experiences with plumbers in the past but I am happy to say that Lisa is an exception. I can recommend Lisa to you without reservation.

North Shore provided quick, efficient , professional service from all of its staff. In the office, Angela was always available with information and assistance. Darren surveyed the situation and assessed how to best deal with the problems I was having. He also returned after the fact to inspect the outcome. Nick and Damian came in to do a topnotch job in getting the actual work completed. Nick was especially helpful in explaining what he was doing and pointing out where I might have potential problems in the future. It began to rain as the boys were leaving and rained for about the next 24 hours. I am happy to report that my new system kept that rain water out of the basement thanks to North Shore.
