Dan and Thomas did excellent work prepping my house for sale. Interior work: They patched some drywall issues and a hole left from a plumbing repair, painted the interior of the house and the basement floor. Exterior work: They re-shingled the porch roof, and painted both front and back porches as well as touching up the exterior trim and paint. When they arrived the house looked a bit worn-in, but the day we listed it looked beautiful! They have a great eye for detail and are very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

I called Richard first to do a second opinion call on my broken air conditioner. He was exceptionally helpful, even though it turns out the AIr Co system was broken beyond all hope of repair. When I asked him to replace my furnace, he gave me an excellent price and did the work in no time at all, leaving a very clean work area. They are helpful, prompt and professional. I had to get my roof replaced after it was poorly repaired by a previous owner. As a first-time home owner I was quite nervous and had to learn as I went. I was very pleased by Keating Roofer's professionalism, their workmanship, and their warranty. They are not the cheapest, but when you think about it, is a roof something you want to be cheap about? Matt was a pleasure to work through the quote with, and the crew arrived promptly and completed the task in exactly the time anticipated. There were no costs overruns either. All in all, a sound investment.
