D Jason came by our house after doing some work on other homes in our neighbourhood. We had some issues with the patio sinking in some areas and a really impractical and dangerous setup for our front steps. Jason was able to assess the problems and come up with some innovative solutions that allowed us to reuse our existing stones and reimagine the functionality of our steps. The expert property enhancements team also redid the parging for our entire house, something that was overdue as we had several cracks and missing pieces that were exposing our foundation and just waiting to cause bigger problems down the line. We are really happy with the work expert property enhancements did on our property to fix our front patio and parging. We would definitely recommend them! Had the chance to have Dave come to our place to try and fix a really stubborn leak. We have drains coverage from a service provider who kept telling us that they needed to cut into walls after searching for hours for the possible source of the leak and coming up with nothing. Dave came in and found the issue immediately, and was confident he could fix it without doing anything invasive to the walls. The fix worked and we were so pleased. We’ve since had Dave come back to replace every single toilet in our house, which were over 30 years old. He was helpful picking out options and install was flawless. I’ll be calling Dave first for any plumbing need I have going forward. He’s a great guy who does even better work you can trust, at a reasonable and with “no surprises” cost. Highly recommend!

Review We had ALL-PRO Landscaping install a new stone patio and French drain system in our backyard this summer. Even with COVID-19 and the relentless heat wave we experienced, Angelo and his team pulled through and delivered a fantastic installation. Our project was delayed a few times due to the many unforeseen circumstances that came through working in a pandemic during a heat wave, but Ann was in touch with us regularly through the process to give us updates along the way. Working with her was also amazing - she is so organized, her emails are always detailed and very helpful, and she’s always willing to get answers. This is a team of people who really care about their work and their customers, and it shows. We weren’t left in the dark on anything and our questions were all answered right away. I’m not even sure how they do it because they are VERY busy given the quality of work they do and being so in demand! We chose ALL-PRO after doing lots of research and using the reviews here on HomeStars as a big factor in our decision. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ALL-PRO. Angelo is a true master of his craft and his work was incredible. He is the type of person who wants to get the job done RIGHT and not cut any corners, and he’s the type of person you can trust to do a great job. He really went above and beyond, and we are so happy with the final product. Angelo’s team is also hard working and they were all very polite and respectful. Attention to detail was top of mind throughout and the cleanup after was also fantastic - couldn’t find a single piece of anything accidentally left behind! I can’t say enough good things all around - we are so thrilled with how everything turned out! My one suggestion would be if you want ALL-PRO to do your project, contact them early on as they will book up quickly! Stones: We chose Winchester pavers in Pewter with Inversa Stone in onyx for the border. Angelo suggested a soldier course for the border and it turned out great. Kevin was great - despite our existing line being one of the worst he’s seen in a long time, Kevin took on the job and replaced the line with an A++ professional setup. The job is so clean inside and out. Added tags and did a pressure test, added a shutoff inside the house as well. Happy with the work and appreciated his patience and straightforward answers to my questions. He even managed to squeeze us in before a busy weekend. And he’s just a good, nice guy to deal with all round. Will definitely call again for future projects! Thanks again Kevin.

This post is long overdue for work we had done in May 2019. The work Eastern did on our home was incredible. We worked with Isaac to pick out colours and he made great recommendations, including ways to deal with several issues we had with our existing eavestroughs system and offering to replace our shutters and half moon at the top of our house, as well as cap the framing around our garage door. The guys who did the work were true professionals and experts in their craft. The quality is unparalleled and you can see the attention to detail in every piece they worked on. Some of the cuts and corners are like artwork! We absolutely love the work that was done and we have had many neighbours complement the work that was done. The pricing was very fair particularly given the high quality craftsmanship. Would definitely recommend! Check out the before and after pictures (which includes roofing that we also had done).

I found Air Force duct cleaning through Homestars and I would recommend them. I spoke with Adel who was able to walk me through the process and services provided in great detail. He was able to answer several questions that I had. Dino came to our house to do the cleaning and he was fantastic! He was so thorough, took the time to explain absolutely everything to us, and showed us some great tips and tricks as well. Although Air Force was not the cheapest quote I received, I was confident I would get a complete service for the amount I paid. Several companies I contacted could not give a concrete cost, some warned that the price could be higher depending on the actual amount of vents cleaned, and others had "bait and switch" type prices that seemed very low until you asked for more details (and the price increased significantly). There were no surprises with Air Force and I really liked that. They were very honest and transparent about their pricing!
