A review for Ikea - Edmonton

We went to IKEA to refurnish much of our house; we bought several beds, coffee tables, book shelves, and desks - all that had to be assembled at home, and which we are extremely happy with. We also bought a no assembly required sectional couch from them at the same time. We paid to have have this couch delivered to our house, something which 2 separate employees told us would be no problem. We were also told that it would be delivered in about 2 weeks. 2 months later, we get a call from their warehouse, telling us that the couch is there but we have to pay even more to have it delivered, as they claimed someone at the store made a mistake. It was very frustrating dealing with them during this hassle. In summary, if you're shopping at IKEA, stick to the DIY furniture.
