Hi, We have always been a supporter of the Homestars system but now it seems that changes made don't fill the need of the business owner. The old system would forward messages to our email address. Now it appears the only way to view any message generated on Homestars is to log in to our profile....

I just became a paid Homestars member and sent out emails to customers asking them to review. I know one customer did because she told my dad ( they are neighbours), but I can't find it anywhere. Is there a delay? does she need to confirm it?

I have advised homestars for weeks now since the new site was launched that the projects link is horrible for us. I cant track emails, have no clue whom I replied to or not and what was agreed on and what was not. I cant search my outlook, blackberry or any device when i am on the road...
