I just became a paid Homestars member and sent out emails to customers asking them to review. I know one customer did because she told my dad ( they are neighbours), but I can’t find it anywhere. Is there a delay? does she need to confirm it?

Reviews are always required as they work as a good response and feedback for you.

well if she lives that close to you homestars probably thought it was a fraud review and trashed it. I would follow up with your sales person to see what really happend. I think there should be a way or a report set up from homestars to contracts that if anything is flagged they dont need to tell us why but they should report it is flagged or not posted. I know many times homestars review verification emails go to clients and end up in their trash or spam and its never posted for the contractors when it should be.
