Hi there, Need info on the Ontario Building Code regarding building a 3 pc washroom where our water supply is against the exterior wall. Do we need to build an insulated 2x4 wall then another one for the water suppy to prevent freezing? Thanks

The pilot in my water heater(owned) keeps going out. I recently replaced the thermo coupler so I have no trouble re-lighting, but I'd like to know why it goes out. This happens daily.
