Hello – looking for an honest person to install the laminate flooring we have purchased in our basement that is currently under construction. The contracter we hired has walked out on us and left the job half done. Most of our labour budget has been eaten up by this contractor who charged us by-the-day (first mistake we made, nevertrheless, we went with the contractor because he was a family friend – second mistake. My husband is currently doing most of the work and is in need of someone to assist him in starting the installation or to work with him for a day or two.

I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. Unfortunately many people take work out of there realm of experience or simply don’t know what they are doing (everybody has to eat).
