perfect reviews all the time

Don’t be fooled with perfect reviews all the time. I think it is a little obvious the some companies have perfect 10 scores all the time. I am aware of some companies paying a fee for a review which i think is a little bogus. Some companies even write the review for the customer. Just a though but i think it would be more rewarding if the reviews where honest opposed to being written by a owner or technicians don’t ya think

HI TJ, companies who pay to have a premium listing on our site are given tools to aid in the adding of a review for a homeowner, however the review does have to be approved by the homeowner before it is published. At that time, the homeowner is given the option to edit the review in whatever way they like or not approve the review at all. Companies on our site are never able to add their own reviews and we have many features designed to detect this type of system circumvention. We take the reviews seriously and want to do everything we can to ensure that the review is a genuine reflection of a customer’s experience.
