All I can say as a customer Fieldgate is the worst company to buy house , Fieldgate Management Steve,Brannan and Dean are extremely rude and not ready to listen and acknowledge the problems ,They hang up the phone if u don`t listen to them ,they don`t fulfill their appointments , There response is deal with it as this is how fieldgate is , They don`t fulfill their promises , in our case they told us that they will install AC as it is a corner lot and since the house is located by the main road and was quite noisy , they refused to install AC , there are several other problems like garage door , hardwood floor,Nails popping from drywall , they are saying that they are not responsible for these fixes . My advise is never buy a house from fieldgate and if u do make everything in writing. The windows are not soundproof and we are sleepless because of the outside noise,It is has been 3 months and has been worst exp ever
