Jennifer I went through Google maps to the address on thehtml......judgeing from the front view only! And assuming that there isonly one layer of roof on the building. It should be abit higher than your"ball park" for a slightly sloped flat on the main house. I cannot tell theactual condition of... go to post

Thanks. I do not have measurements because we have not bought the house yet, but here is a link to a gallery of photos. I don't know what a truss system is.. But I basically just want to I the minimum to ensure there is no pooling on the roof.. Not picky about what it looks like.. Just that it... go to post

Hi Jennifer. depending on the amount of slope you want and any extras such as upgraded insulation,reallignment of the eavestroughs costs could go up very rapidly,its some times less expensive to install a full truss system and redo with shingles. Hi Ajay.Your roof problem seems to be not from the build up of humid air but the combination of the direction it is faceing and the quality of the labor/materials used..Jereme is somewhat correct in suggesting that breather be used,It is only to be used in conjunction with a breathable... go to post
