We called for a septic draining which was done. The owner operator was concerned that there was an additional problem. The next day our septic backed up and he came back to help dig a big hole for a plumber to fix the problem. Very personable.

I called for a quote for my landlords, and was given a nice price, and very fast service within the next 12 hours. The guy was polite, and informed me that there is a guarantee of 6 months, if there was a problem. I don't think I will anticipate any problems as he was very thorough in his work, and service. First rate service as I have had with Border. Shawn C was efficient, prompt and professional. Did a great job, did what was needed and DID IT RIGHT!. Cleaned up the work site. Border's are fortunate to have Shawn C as an employee. All of their staff, in my experience, is of the same caliber as Shawn C.

I wanted to put in a steam shower. I found all the parts the job required, but I only had some of the skills nee to complete the labor portion of the job. Rob is very quick (he runs up stairs, carrying tiles!) and a clean worker. He was able to do my job on short notice, but fitting it in between 2 other larger jobs he had. I am loving my steam shower and it couldn't have been completed without the great services of Rob Swensen!

I needed the support posts on my second floor deck replaced due to rot. Even though I had to wait for a week, the completed job was great. I feel confident the deck will stand for another 15 years. The Handyman had great suggestions to make the job more cost effective than I thought it could be.

I called in for my landlord as they do not speak English. They needed information regarding rats in their house, and a price. I called and the owner was really nice and gave me a deal.
