Dr. Green lawn care (http://www.doctorgreen.com/ ) are crooks. They provide services that were not requested, and then expect you to pay for them. These guys are nasty. First, they discounted the fee to get me to re-sign, then they billed me for the difference. After that, they came and did an additional service that I never requested (what I bought was supposed to include EVERYTHING) and billed me for that too. I ended up telling them if I have to pay for that service, then I'm canceling for next year. They persisted, so I paid and cancelled. Well next year is now this year, and guess who showed up last week? After I explicitly cancelled my contract via email last year. Then I had to fight with them about this latest invoice for a service I didn't ask for. These types of businesses, will do this and then tag your credit record if you don't pay them. STAY AWAY FROM DR. GREEN.

I was selling my house - a few hours before the buyer's home inspector was to arrive, I started getting water come up through a drain in my bsmt. PANIC! Muskoka had flooding issues everywhere... I called 'drain rescue plumbers', and the plumber came quickly, worked quickly, was very professional and friendly, and now, my house is sold. Thanks Drain Rescue Plumbers! (Thanks Neil!)

We had some water damage in our condo, and the condo board had hired a contractor to repair the ceiling. The work performed was ridiculous, you could still see the square drywall cutouts. So we asked Mr. Stucco to provide a estimate. Mr. Stucco arrived very promptly, and using his infrared camera he pointed out why the previous job was not done correctly. More importantly he advised what needed to be done . Mr. Stucco completed the work on time and as outlined in the estimate. The ceiling in the unit was like new, you could not tell that any work had been performed. The work completed was excellent, and they ensured the unit was left immaculately clean. Highly recommended!! Thanks again Mr. Stucco!

We hired Craiglee after asking people we saw with home additions, who they got and if they liked them. Craiglee got nothing but positive reviews so we met with them. We knew from the start they were the contractors for us. They were professional and you could tell they knew what they were talking about. They also we willing to get involved right from the beginning, before the design was even completed (or any contracts signed), to answer our questions and help us understand what was and wasn’t possible (but they did not interfere with the design process or try to do what we hired our designer for. Our designer actually worked with them for a few things in the end so everything would be just right). They gave a very competitive quote and it was an easy decision for us. Ed and Craig have a lot of enthusiasm and they obviously love what they do. Ed is also great at keeping one step ahead of the work to catch any problems that might come up before they actually become problems (like the fact that our house is a little crooked and so putting on a second floor has had them working hard to make it work just right). We’re also kept constantly informed of the work and Ed gives us suggestions when we ask on ways to make things just a little better than we had originally planned (like door placements and window sizes). They started exactly when they said they would and told us it would take about 6 months. We all know there are delays that can happen but even with a few things that I thought would set them back, they stayed right on schedule! They actually feel more like family now. And the people they hire aspire to the same quality we’ve come to expect of Craiglee. And are just as friendly and enthusiastic about their work. It’s, honestly, a treat to visit the worksite to see the progress and be greeted with smiles and waves from people we’ve never met. I highly recommend Craiglee.

Yuri was referred to us by our agent. He was very thorough with his inspection, answered any questions we had, and provided great feedback on the property- in person and in his detailed report.
