Replacement Windows

After some manufacturing and installation headaches, the final product is excellent and we are very happy. A lot of the trim was damaged during the removal of the old windows but it was replaced free of charge.

What could this company do to improve their services?: Better communication between owner and installer when it involves a custom order.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Get multiple quotes and ask for references.

Windows and Doors

Lavern did an excellent job of installing our windows and doors. No big mess to clean up when I got home and none of the century old trim around the windows had to be removed to install the windows. I am so impressed!! Thanks for the wonderful job!
