I met with Jayson and he explained all of the details. He explained all of my options and helped me understand the different products.
Jayson was very helpful, polite and was not aggressive in talking about the product or the service.
The servicemen were very friendly, efficient and had a good sense of humor. They were helpful in explaining the thermostat.
They left the job in very clean condition.
I would highly recommend Jayson and the servicemen to my friends.

Rental Unit - My tenants called in a panic as they couldn't get heating or hot water. I placed a call to Reliance and they sent Gurmeet (Empl. # 2473) within 24 hours to have a look. He changed out the Ignition unit of the hot water tank for us and it's been a week now and working perfectly fine. He was very professional, and patiently answered all of my tenants and my questions. Because of his professionalism and knowledge on the topic I joined the Home protection plan for Heating. Thanks Gurmeet. All the best.

Mr. Gurmeet had provided excellent services and advices. Even though there was nothing wrong with my water tank he would still do a regular check up on my water tank and make sure everything is running properly. By chance my furnace was right beside my water tank and he provided professional advices and recommended me that I should replace it for safety reason.

Needed natural gas furnace, water tank and central air.
Switched from electric forced air.
The service was good, as the workers, Chris Z and Kory were punctual and took the time to explain how to use the products in detail. They were very polite, respectful and had a good sense of humour.
Perhaps this should have been done in warmer weather, as the house was freezing from the heat being off all day.

As part of my maintenance package, my furnace and water heater were inspected on November 18, 2013 by Reliance technician named Rudie. I was very pleased with the service I received. Rudie was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He also made helpful suggestions regarding my equipment. Reliance needs to hire more Rudie's - His knowledge and service ethic are excellent. THANK YOU RUDIE!

Our 35 year old furnace stopped working. Beth set an appointment, arrived on time, and was such a pleasure to work with. She helped us decide which furnace was best for us and explained pricing and procedure. Furnace was installed when she said it would be and the installers were fantastic also. Beth was readily available every step of the way with answers to any of our questions. I would highly recommend Reliance and especially Beth!

My new furnace and air conditioning were installed on mid September. Immediately after that my home comfort advisor Nima Karimi together with Camille Bryan of Reliance Brampton office processed my OPA rebate. Along the way I had so many doubts if this rebate will ever be approved, but through the effort and assistance of these people I just receive the rebate recently. I also want to thank Roshan of Reliance Mississauga office for assisting me on my queries, he was very knowledgeable on his job and was able to check the status on line. To the people above: Nima, Camille & Roshan; thank you. How I wish all people in this industry are like you, ready to help and assist the customer. That is the true essence of customer service. Darius came my house, He was prompt and courteous and informative. He took the time to explain the benefits of new equipment and the energy saving gained by upgrading. He was very Pleasant and cooperative. It was a Pleasure to do business with Reliance Home Comfort.
