great service - We rent our water heater from Reliance, and went to run a bath at midnight on a Saturday but found we had no hot water.
I called expecting a machine but got a real person who scheduled a repair for Sunday 9am. The tech arrived on time, and found we needed a special part, but still managed to get us going again temporarily.
Part arrived by courier the next day at noon. We called to inform them and a 2nd tech was there within 2 hours, installed the part and we were good as new.
Very pleased.
