I have used All County Aluminum twice now on 2 different homes. Each project was started on time and finished ahead of time. Serge is professional and he takes care in his workmanship. I was updated throughout the project with photos and emails and always felt in the loop. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.

At the first time Serge installed me new eaves a couple of years ago.The job was excellent and this year I wanted Serge to perform my new project: to install new soffit and siding. During two days Serge with his assistance finished all job. We are very happy with their work. Looks very good. I strongly recommend this company to the potential customer.

I had sagging and leaking eaves and downspouts and was looking for full replacement. Serge came out promptly for an estimate and went over what he would do as well as explained the product he was going to use. With a few estimates in hand I went with Serge and All County... some of the others did not even come out in person just over the internet quote. Serge was booked and I was prepared to wait but a few days later he had some time and came out and spent the entire day removing the old (which he also carted away) and put up the new... now all my eaves run smoothly and exit away from the house. I would definitely recommend All County for their work and they cleaned up when finished... actually cleaner than when they started. Highly recommended. ps - I am writing this during the second rain since install... Serge said to give it a few rains to make sure everything was flowing right and there were no leaks in joints (if so he would come out and fix)

I've hired Serge at All-County Aluminum before and went to him again to replace the gutters and downspouts. My last gutter system was not a disaster, but the downspouts were leaky and giving us some grief. We decided to have the whole thing replaced, and opted for the gutter guards. Serge and his team scheduled the work for about 3-4 weeks out. The work took two days and we were very pleased with it. The new aluminum matches the house very well, it was installed with care and precision, and the location of the new downspouts is much, much better than before. Serge and his team cleaned up the site each night and when the job was done. The work was excellent - many compliments from the neighbours! Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

I was very satisfied with All County Aluminum - covering a small outdoor enclosure with aluminum trim and vinyl siding. From the first contact with Serge until completion of the work, everything was handled very professionally. He quoted a fair price and the workmanship was excellent. I purchased my home 3 years ago and I've been dealing with leaks since. We have a finished basement occupied by a tenant so needless to say there were many sleepless rainy nights. Well now I can finally sleep! Serge and his guys were in and out in two days and they hung eavestrough for the entire house! The price was reasonable and the work professional. I can't reccommend them enough. After blowing 6000 on waterproofing the foundation this finally stopped the water. Do this work first you will not regret it.

My husband and I had the eaves troughs replaced on our Toronto semi after moving into a much older home where the existing system had pulled away from the roof completely. We also also had our downspouts disconnected. Serge offered a competitive price to all other reputable companies, scheduled us for one month in advance, and was on time to do the work. The eaves troughs look great and so far function well. We chose him as we were impressed with his product, professionalism and honesty as to how to fix the situation correctly and efficiently. Serges attention to detail is impecable. He must have emailed me updates and confirmations at least a dozen times. I always felt in the loop. He provided detailed written descriptions as well as photo mock ups of the project. The work was completed on time, on budget, the eaves look great and he left the yard spotless. We had wind damage due to Hurricane Sandy that ripped off the aluminum siding from our house. After obtaining a quote from our insurance contractor, we decided to do the work on our own (high deductible). When I asked two different contractors about the job, they promised to send quotes but never did. I found All County Aluminum on Homestars and called Serge about the job. From beginning to end, Serge, was a true professional. Every time he promised to do something, he followed through. He visited our home, photographed the damage, sent me a quote along with a detailed method of payment through Interac e-mail for the deposit. He revisited our home and matched the colour of our soffit and fascia, then sent me an e-mail with a picture of it. He originally told me that he could do the job in 1-2 weeks, depending on the weather. I was concerned about an animal possibly getting into the house because of the missing soffit and asked him if he could prioritize the job. He promised to attempt the job the next day, weather permitting. He sent me a weather report link in an e-mail which showed that it would be cold and windy the next day with snow in the afternoon. To say that Serge is extremely detail-oriented is an understatement. The next day, I pumped gas on my way to work and it was so cold and windy that I expected him to delay the job. Three hours later, he sent me an e-mail indicating that he had finished the repair along with pictures of the job. I was very impressed by his commitment and the quality of the job. I can recommend Serge with great confidence based on the experience that I had. He is a true professional and that is very rare among contractors, based on my experience.
