I would like to thank Multicity moving for their hard work they put into my relocation job from Toronto to Vancouver BC. From the beginning to the end it was awesome. I had about roughly 9000 lbs. They did a good job on packing my furniture, and handling the service from point A to point B. We had to wait about a month to take over our new house their. They accommodated our staff in their Delta office in BC. The delivery was quick, they provided the same number of movers as we had in Toronto. I had a great experience with Multicity. Dear Multicity Moving NO matter how busy it has been during the last two months, it does not change the fact that I still owe you guys a huge appreciation for the great job everyone at Multicity Moving, did my move from Ontario to California. Especially when we were trying to take care of everything alone in the beginning of summer in Ontario. Having your genuine and very professional help right there was a great relief. The packing, loading and unloading crew was very professional and friendly. You guys made it, and made it timely and safely! it seems that crewmembers were excellent. They were very pleasent and courteous also the office staff, cannot forget them. They updated us regularly. Honestly, I should tell you that I am tired of moving, however, if we move again in the future, for sure, we wil know on your door. Thanks for eveything. Roland B

My experience with Multicity for a move Toronto to Vancouver started very well. I was dealt with with friendly professionalism, and they were very accommodating to some last minute changes that occurred. The shipment was a little late, but not enough to make a fuss about. However, three items were lost during the shipment, one of which is of great sentimental value and can not be replaced. At this point, I continued to be dealt with professionally, however the search for my items was lackadaisical, with the shipping site placing responsibility on the receiving and the converse. After 10 days, I was advised by the Toronto office to make a claim. This claim was IGNORED, as was a follow-up 7 days later. I would recommend caution if planning to use Mutlicity services. Moves are rarely without hiccups, and I am not impressed with how this company dealt with mine.

We are still investigating this claim and we have already advise the client. This is the most busiest time of the year for moving companies. When a claim is submitted we need to search on both ends to see and get information and solve the issue. However sometime it takes more time than what we expect. I had to move quickly and my address even changed and Leslie at Multicity Moving bent over backwards to accommodate me! She was always friendly and courteous and if she said she would get back to me she did. I decided I needed wardrobes at the last minute and she organised that too, she was awesome. The boys who moved my belongings were super, super fast which is pretty important when you pay by the hour! I would recommend Multicity to anyone, long or short distance, the rock!

I had a great moving experience with Multicity Moving. I moved to my dream city New York City! I had about 3000 lbs, and paid reasonable price. They picked up my belongings with a 30 ft Multicity truck. Same tuck showed up in New York. Driver was really friendly and professional. Office staff was very helpfull to. I had the pleasure of dealing with Multicity Moving on June 11 2012. As per our conversation with head office they were at my door exactly on time. Theyre service was promt and professional. They made sure to keep the house clean as they were working. My wife had realized that we had forgotten the remote to the cable company's box in one of the boxes that was already packed into the front of the truck and behind many other items that was in front of it. When we had asked if they can somehow help us to get the remote, they did not hesitate to help. This was also on one of the hottest day of the year. Every piece was itemized. They gave us a very competative rate and it worked out less than what we were told because they had managed to complete the moving ahead of schedule. I would definately use their service again and recommend their servie to anyone who is planning on moving or wants to store items in their warehouse.

Previously I had a local move with multicity moving.It was last summer around july 2011. My shipment was stored at absolute storage until april 2012. even though it was very busy season for all the mocing companies, multicity did an excellent job on the pick-up and putting in to storage. I had a peace of mind with the moving company plusthe storage. when i decided to move to washington dc, I contacted robert from multicity. he was very helpful and he gave me a very good rate. they also helped me out for filling out the customs papers, which most of the companies do not do. The truck arrived to washington dc at the time they promised. the movers did an exvellent job in washington aswell. I definitly recommend Multicity moving and absolute storage to everyone. I even forwarded the company to my relatives because some of them are moving to vancouver and some of them are coming to washington. everyone deserse a peace of mind when they decide to move and give all their belongings to a moving company. it is really difficult to find a company that you can trust noadays. so I would like to thank the management in multicity and say; good job multicity...:)!!
