I had several small things I needed to fix and while moving I didn't have my tools handy. These guys did a great job of not only accommodating my tight schedule, but fixing everything perfectly and at a reasonable price. The service was friendly and they even offered to come and touch up the handle (very old door and handle) "on the house" if it gave me any problems. A++, Highly Recommended!!

I'm really pleased that I selected Leaside Handyman Services. I was looking for someone to paint my condo and do various odd repairs around the house (fix baseboards, replace faucets, install lights etc). I wasn't sure I'd find someone skilled in all these areas, but Sean and Derek were able to complete all of this for me. The painting of my entire condo was done in 2 days and it was done exceptionally well (including all the wall repairs). All the other tasks were completed perfectly. No task was too small...things that were such a headache for me were solved within minutes of having these guys on-site. Even last minute requests to put furniture together was not a problem. I found that Leaside Handyman Services were excellent in delivering on what they said they would...very trustworthy and excellent work at a very fair price. Sean and his crew were fantastic! Leaside Handyman Service started renovating my home in October of 2009 and the outcome was more then I expected. They renovated my entire basement, rebuilt my upstairs washroom, rerouted pipes that were incorrectly installed by a previous contractor, rebuilt my front porch, my back porch, replaced the main support under my front porch that holds up my upper level deck. They replaced my corner pillar at the front of my home. Sean's attention to detail is by far some of the best I have seen in any contractor that have entered my home since I bought it. Him and his crew, (Derek, Greg, Paul and Joseph) went far and beyond what I I was expecting. Do yourself a favor and forget about the little jobs that these guys can do. Get them in your home for the larger stuff as well. 5 months seams like a long time but if you could see the amount of work they did and how cheap they did it for you would be crazy not to hire them. The work in my house is not finished and Leaside Handyman Service will be back in the near future.

Sean went out of his way to make sure that the playset that we bought was put together properly. He made modifications to make the item sturdier and I know that my kids will enjoy this set and I will have the peace of mind that they will be safe. He did not cut corners to save on time instead he took extra time until he was satisfied with the work. You can tell that he takes great pride it what he does and I would recommend him anytime

I recently called Sean to repair and re-shingle the roof on my garden shed. His response was prompt and his quote reasonable. Sean gave me good advice and his suggestions left me with a better final product than I had originally envisioned. Site was left clean and tidy and above all he was flexible and easy to work with. The greatest group of guys. Job was done exceptionally well, and well withing the given deadline (was told 3 weeks, and all was done within 2 weeks!) my place was kept clean during the job. Sean and his crew where extremely funny and overall just a great pleasure to have around.

We have called Leaside Handyman Services for several projects since moving into our Danforth Village home. This time we needed a new roof vent installed after the current one was damaged by raccoons! This was a job that needed to be completed asap to avoid water coming in through the roof. Sean came on time, did excellent work, and as usual charged a really great rate. highly recommend, again!

We had a number of tasks that needed to be done around the house which included installing back splash in our kitchen, painting (including a tin ceiling), tearing down the walls in our basement bathroom and putting up new drywall, installing a storage area with existing cabinets we had laying around, removing a garburator, and the list goes on. Sean and his crew were fantastic. They did quality work, were always courteous, and the price was very reasonable. If you need things done around the house and don't want to hire a general contractor, give Sean a call - he won't disappoint.

After somehow managing to demolish our hanging dining room lamp by simply screwing in a light bulb, we bought a rather complicated replacement. Sean managed to squeeze us in at a moment's notice and was absolutely fantastic in every way. He put together the new lamp, was so meticulous that he carefully checked all the previous wiring (in two separate areas), hung our lamp beautifully, and charged us a very reasonable fee. He was a pleasure to deal with - not only a great worker, but one with a sense of humour! We would not hesitate to use him again (and definitely will).
