Cosimo of Final Touch Painters has been a great experience and worked with me really well from the beginning to end. The colour choices suited well and amazed how clean they were each day during the whole job. I would definately have them again for future painting work also tell everyone I know about this company.

We recently decided to have some interior painting done and after a few interviews and comparative quotes from different contractors, it was unanimous to award the job to Cosimo of Final Touch Painters. We appreciated how he took the time to explain in detail the scope of work and what products to be used in certain areas. His price was very fair and explained the paint prices climbing every year which we took into consideration. Cosimo and Rob are a great team and made it so pleasant to work with. They were neat and considerate of our home and work schedule. Once the work had been completed, all of us took the time to give it all a final inspection. We were happy that there was left over paint for future touch ups. A week had gone by and I noticed 2 very small spots that have been missed which I found odd, so I called Cosimo as soon as this was found. He came over the next day and took care of the missed areas which made me even happier. Final Touch Painters give true meaning to reliable, professional and respect. Without a doubt, this company will be called again by me and people I know.

I contemplated about posting this review because I don’t want to hurt anyone’s business, however people who have seen the terrible paint job in my basement have convinced me that my review will help others from making the same mistake. The tenant who lives in my basement has also told me that had she known the paint job would turn out so bad, she would have done it herself. I had a brand new basement apartment built with new walls and doors. I hired Final Touch Painters after reading the reviews and I deeply regret it. I did not notice the problems with the job until after the painters left my home. The brand new doors are rough and appear as though they have stucco all over them. Another painter has examined the work and explained that this occurs when an area is not cleaned after sanding. So, basically, paint was applied right over the dust causing the problem. There are also bubbles and dripped paint in various areas. I can write more about Cosimo’s negative attitude and whining which made it an unpleasant experience overall, however I will leave it at what matters most which is the lousy paint job.

Dear Mary, Im sorry but I find this review 1 out of 10 hard to swallow and feel not fairly treated that you can publish this review without giving us a call or sending an email in the first place. The basement was painted 2 months ago ( May 7-9 2012) and being 1 out 10 makes it sounds like we painted with our eyes closed. Before I collect the full amount owing for any job Its my routine to give the home owner a chance to look at the work before I leave, and always keep my phone or email line open for further discussion. If you want to give me the chance to fix what has happend at no extra cost? Id be glad to come back and spend the day to make you happy. I am pleased to support and give a good word for a great professional such as Cosimo of Final Touch Painters. A co-worker has used them in the past and did a great job, so we when decided to have some painting done and did not hesitate to give him a call. He assisted us in great colours that suits our style and left us some paint for future touch ups. He made sure the floors were covered and cleaned up after himself very well and loved how punctual his was everyday. Cosimo was very professional and did a fabulous job painting our condo, all at an excellent rate. Provided some excellent colour recommendations, and was very accommodating to our schedule. Responded to all communication in a timely fashion. Clean-up was almost spotless, just had some little paint splatter marks in the tub. They were hard to see, but you could feel them (white on white), no fault of their as it took me a while before I noticed. Would definitely recommend.

Cosimo came up to Muskoka to inspect and quote the job and was here the next week to start the job. I was very impressed with his professional demeanor and he was able to help us coordinate the colour scheme with the existing office furnishings. Our front lobby and reception area are now very inviting and helps us promote our business as professional and modern. Would definately recommend Final Touch Painters to both businesses and residential consumers for their quick and precise work.

Received a referral from a friend in Toronto and was very surprised that Cosimo was able to travel all the way to Muskoka. I was very indecisive about my colour scheme, but Cosimo brought tonnes of samples and was able to give excellent recommendations based on my lighting, furnishings and the wall textures.
