To be honest, i feel like i was ripped off. I had purchased their product service plan and when i had an issue with my computer i bought from them i was told it would not be covered. They said i shouldve read the terms and conditions of the plan. But they shouldve stated that when they sold me the computer.

I purchased a HP P6200 Laptop (2000-250CA) from them a few months ago. I purchased the extended warranty and my CD burner stopped working. I took it back and they replaced CD burner the same day and discounted me on a 100 pack of DVD-R's. Good service.

we bought the appliances right around chrixtmas and needed them delivered to our new condo as we were moving in and time was tight. They delivered them and set them up all within the time restrains we had.

We went there looking for a netbook for our 11 year daugther but we had no idea where to start looking as we didn't know too much about computers. One of the employees in the computer Dept. took time to answer all of our questions and showed us the many types of netbooks they had available and explained the pros and cons of each one and in the end we left with the Acer Aspire one. He provided exceptional customer service.

Purchased a set of stainless steel appliances. The first time was there on a Thursday night. Only 1 salesperson working on the floor. Was busy on the phone, and noted that we were there. Then she went to help someone else and kept us waiting because we probably looked like we weren't going to buy. Had to leave and come back. Later got better help from another salesperson the next day. Got some great deals during one of their promotional sales. We even purchased a stove elsewhere that was cheaper, but when we came back with that, Future Shop matched the price and gave us an additional 10% cheaper. Also got free delivery. Generally, the prices are unbeatable elsewhere. Found the delivery staff very knowledgeable - even called the day before delivery of washer/dryer to tell us to purchase a dryer vent kit and have it ready so they could install it when ready. Would definitely buy from them again if they carried the right brands.

it was well made and durable. customer service was exceptional. the product had lots of features and were all useful! we use it all the time. future shop also matched competitors prices!
