They did a great job on the roof itself but personnel problems was the thing that keeps me from being enthusiastic about their service. Poor communication... They recommended another service to do the rafters and the suggested company didn't show. Meanwhile Superior took weeks to respond to my problem and weren't responsive... eventually the work was done but boy, oh, boy, it was a frustrating process...
