Capital City Painters

When calling to get warranty work done they claim now different owners only name is the same so they say they will not honor the 3 year warranty guaranty !! this is a joke !!!!!!!

Project manager Robin was easy to work with and I appreciated the help with colour choices. The work included several cracks and holes to fill, and shelves and wall paper to take down. The painters did a great job. When I wasn't sure if the correct colour had been painted on one wall, the company arranged for a painter to come and repaint it just in case. I would have given them a 10, but the painters forgot to replace the light switch plates.

Working with Robin with Capital City Painters from the start was easy, professional and informative. We had a walk through, quote and painting was complete within 5-7 days. The painters were professional and made sure the house was cleaned each day. Our walls and ceilings were done and the lines are so sharp. Overall extremely happy with the value and the job completed. We had a great experience with Capital City Painters. It began when Robin arrived to give a quote. With her design background, she spent time helping us choose our colours. This is a great service usually only provided for a fee by an interior decorator. The painting staff was pleasant, efficient and professional. They took great care in their work and did a wonderful job. Our rooms look fantastic!

Capital City Painters not only met our short deadline but provided restoration of our 100+ year old walls. The ceilings were patched and repaired to new and I'm amazed by the results. When I added additional jobs they adapted and adjusted the team accordingly. We were so impressed I recommended them to my mom and she has them painting her condo this week and we are bringing them back to paint our renovated basement and an exterior in the spring.

Great job - really appreciated the colour consultation, and the quick responses to my questions. The work is very neat - the team fixed numerous dents, small holes and scratches and stains. Did pretty much the entire house including trim and crown mouldings and a most ceilings for about $4000. Great value. Crew chief Ken came by immediately when we noticed a few deficiencies, and these were corrected within two days. Really happy with the results.

This company is one of the best, from sitting down with us and reviewing paint colours, to the plaster and paint crews, to the cleanup after each day's work. The crews made us feel that they knew they were working on our home, not "just another job". We had almost the entire home painted, and we have not found any area that hasn't been finished professionally, and the cost was within our budget and matched or beat other estimates. We have had a lot of positive comments about the job. I would highly recommend Capital.

This company was recommended to me by a friend who was very happy with their work. I got a few quotes before selecting Capital City Painters. Met with Robin Yates (VP Customer Care) and her quote was lower than the rest. Robin was very helpful including helping us to select paint colour. It took 6 days to paint our entire house (3500 soft) including all trim and ceilings. At times there was a handful of painters working on the house at the same time. They were very friendly, careful, clean and the result was outstanding. I would certainly choose them for future jobs and would highly recommend them to everyone.
