Gary inspected a house for us recently and cannot recommend him enough. He was very thorough and flagged all issues no matter how small they may seem. He produced the report for us the next day and went the extra mile with following up and supporting us in any way he could. In the end he saved us money and flagged an issue that otherwise may have gone unnoticed. If we ever need a home inspection in the future we will definitely be using Gary again!

Gary inspected a house for us. He is very responsive to emails and text messages, patiently and clearly answers questions, and very good at explaining things to a lay person. You know that he is in your court when you observe how thoroughly and meticulously inspects the home. The home inspection report was completed the morning after the inspection and was very well done with pictures, some video and clearly written descriptions of issues and recommended actions/followup. Gary found several issues with the house and one of the issues would have costs thousands to address. We plan on using Gary to inspect the another house in the near future.

Gary is thorough, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. We couldn’t have been happier that we hired him to do our home inspection. He took his time and made sure not to miss any details while giving great advice and tips along the way on home repair. The turn around time for the report was quick and the report itself was very thorough, reiterating everything that was talked about in person during the inspection. I was impressed to have also received a follow up call to ensure all questions and concerns were addressed. He gave us peace of mind, there’s no price tag on that! I highly recommend him!!!

We hired Gary as a recommendation and we are so glad we did. Due to a snow storm in Calgary we were unable to review his finding in person but he called and gave us a very in depth overview and answered all our questions. After a few days he called back to make sure we made it into town OK as we had a blow out on HWY2 and asked if we had any questions.

We hired Gary to assist us in a home inspection this past week. Our circumstance was slightly unusual as we are purchasing an older family home that belonged to my grandmother. Gary was early to arrive, well-prepared, and took the time to get to know our background, the home's story, and our intentions. Gary was personable, communicative and thorough throughout the process. He would ask us often if we had any questions, and took the time to explain anything necessary. Gary's report was incredibly thorough, and included pictures, checklists, descriptions and summaries. Gary's high level of expertise and knowledge made the home inspection process comfortable in knowing that the job was being attended to with such high standards. We would HIGHLY recommend Gary to anyone in need of a home inspection, and will be using his services again down the road.

Gary was incredibly flexible - as we had a bit of a crazy schedule to work around. He was easy to reach when we had to adjust times, and was amazingly accommodating! Through out the inspection he carefully explained things and patiently answered our questions. We have dealt with other inspectors in the past who have whipped through the house and while the inspection may have been completely accurate, we felt as though we were being a pain asking questions as the inspector was definitely rushed.. Dealing with Gary was completely the opposite. He took us through the inspection and was extremely thorough. This was a house that had lots of renovations to do and he gave us very detailed information about the house as well as shared his opinion (as a good friend or member of the family would do). He went above and beyond in every way, including contacting us well after we had received our report to let us know about a product on the market that could help us remedy one of the concerns we had about the house. Gary was instrumental in helping us make the decision of whether or not we wanted to go through with this purchase and we are writing because we want to share with others the excellent service he gave to us. Hopefully this is our last home purchase, but if not, we will definitely seek Gary's services again.
