I found Chris at Local Lawns through a Google search. My initial attraction to using his services was his speedy response time and thorough explanations. More importantly, I never felt like he was pushing product and services on me. He did make some gentle suggestions and was eager to give detailed advice if you wanted to save money and do things on your own. I found him to be quite knowledgeable and genuine while taking the time to asking my numerous questions. I use Local Lawns to perform regular lawn cutting and fertilizing. I also had them do other services like laying mulch (which looks amazing) and doing a spring clean up (very much recommended). The service has been exemplary; he has been well receptive to emails, which is what I love in my line of work. I spoke with that amazing guy his name is Chris, he spent lots of time writing an email and mentioning all the IN and OUT, all the technique information that I did not know before instead just send a quote quickly without any explanation. It is amazing how he knows all the details, he even spent lots of time explaining to me for free how should I use the fertilizer by myself when and how despite they do offer that service. They do care about the time your children or yourself might be napping in order to avoid cutting the grass that time. They do offer a substantial discount for the payment of May as the season has started very slowly this spring and my lawn has not needed cutting the first few weeks. They are available always for the client, I can reach them by phone or email and get an answer quickly. They are very flexible in their service options so they can provide exactly what your lawn needs, no more and no less. They are making reputation before making money and that just awesome. They provide an account with Password through their website LocalLawns.ca in order to manage the invoices or other things. They do offer lots of coupon for different services. They do have an entirely transparent while helping me with my every lawn and garden need.
