I had a leakage in my mud room for a few years now. It has recently got worst. I had to use a baby tub to catch the water each time it rains. I called Stephen from Fashion Roofing for help. Despite his busy schedule, he showed up on the same day in the evening. This is beyond my expectation! He was able to replace some aluminum siding & shingles in the dark. With the recent heavy rainfall, my mud room could have been flooded. Thanks to Stephen's prompt service, my mud room was completely dry! I'm so impress with Stephen's professionalism & care for his clients. Thank you Stephen for all your help! It is truly appreciate it!

I have a rental house with a few of sluggish roof board in certain part of attached garage. An agreement of replacement was made before replacing roof. Steven, the owner, said that he will charge $50 per piece with the first 2 pieces free of charge. When he and his guys worked on roof, they first tried to cover the sluggish part of roof without replacement of any roofboard. After I requested them to change it, they then cut a small part ( 30%) from the whole roof boards to put on roof and throwd the big part (60%-70%) down to their junk bin. 5 big pieces were rescued from their bin after I found it, but they argued that it's left-over. They charged me for those pieces that they wasted intentionally. The new roof they laid on was leaking soon when it first rained in days after they finished roof. Squirrels entered beneath roof because the roofer hadn't got the roof board edge sealed properly. I contacted him but never got his response.

Did a repair on my house that failed few weeks later. Does not show up to fix the repair that is under their guarantee. Will avoid your phone calls and texts. Will not return messages or texts and avoid you when there is a warranty issue. Do not trust Steven Cao or Fashion roofing with your house.

When you do catch them on the phone they make appointments but do not show up for them, call or let you know that they will not come. Did this twice.

Considerable damage and water leakage to the attic was sustained to the attic and ceiling. If this company did not stall us for so many days to repair the roof we could have contracted another company to fix the roof.

Job was well done from preparing the job site through to cleaning up. Although I cannot go up the roof to check things out, after a couple of heavy rain in October and the first snow storm in December I can confirm the leaking roof was repaired. Price was reasonable too.
