Had an issue with the apartment building I was living in so I decided to move to a new completely renovated non-high rise building. I knew if I just moved I would take the pests with me so I opted to use the mobile heat treatment option. Would definitely recommend this to everyone. We dealt with Mattus throughout and he was very helpful and friendly. We called probably 4 or 5 times asking questions until we finally committed and he was just as helpful every time. The trailer showed up on time both days and on the second day we could still feel the warmth in some of the items. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and we have yet to have any issues including no bites and nothing in out traps. As an added bonus there were a couple dead cockroaches in a couple of the boxes that we would have surely taken with us as well. Would %100 recommend this service to anyone currently looking to move out of a place with bed bugs as if you don't use something like this you will surely just take the problem with you! Thanks guys!
