I noticed this company doing work on a neighboring house and was impressed by the cleanliness and professional attitude of the workers.
I then hired them this summer for re-roofing a couple of duplexes. I have no regrets and went up to check out the work and was pleasantly surprised. Not one exposed nail head, not one loose nail left on the roof or gutters. In fact it looked like they cleaned out the gutters for me! On the ground I think I found one nail in a flowerbed after searching and searching.
They also used boards when driving on the lawn to prevent damage.
On the second job they hired a bin and that company did leave some dents in the lawn so please check to be sure to check if they are getting a bin or the truck. They did leave a bit of debris on the 2nd job but Jody was quick to send the crew back to make everything right.
Overall a great experience and the prices were very competitive. The tenants were also very happy.
