CertaPro Painters of Brampton and Mississauga East

This was a big job and 3 painters came and spend 4 days removing the popcorn ceilings, patching up flaws in the drywall and ceilings all over the 2 story house, then painting. The attention to detail in the plastering as remarkable. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. The only small issue we have is a couple of doors aren't closing properly and sticking in the frames. We will have to sort that out eventually by planing and repainting those areas.

CertaPro Painters (of Brampton and Mississauga East) were simply great. I was introduced to Ed during our first meeting and walkthrough of the property. After finding out the goal of my project was he was quick to recommend certain things that I should or shouldn't have painted. His experience allowed him to complete the walkthrough quickly and efficiently and a contract was ironed out in a matter of a couple days.

The painting was finished in good time and on the day of the final walkthrough (with Ed) I was able to see that the finished product was exactly as I had envisioned. The property was clean and I couldn't tell that any painters had even stepped foot inside the home.

Very professional and friendly. Properly cleaned up when they finished. They did an absolutely wonderful job especially on the wood trim.

We had used Certapro Painters last summer to paint outside fence and they did such a fantastic job, I hired them back this year to paint the inside portion of fence of entire backyard plus our garage door and front/back doors and trim. I also had them tackle front porch posts and lintels which all look great now. Bryan and his team were very polite, efficient, and performed above our expectations. Clean up was great and overall final product was exceptional to say the least. From initial quote by Ed and scheduling with Lorraine, the project couldn't have went off any smoother. Certapro Painters have our future business for sure.

We were looking to hire painters to paint the interior of our house. After searching best painters in Brampton CertaPro came up as on of the top three . Their website was very professional and they had really good reviews meticulous was a word I remember. We gave them a call, Ed came to our house and gave us a quote. We also got two more quotes from other companies. Ed was very professional and personable we liked him and got a good feeling from him. He did initially say that he would match any quote we got as long as the company was insured. We got a lower quote from another painter showed it to ED but he couldnt match it completely but did agree to take some $s off which we were happy with. I cant say enough about all the correspondence between the company and myself via email it was very professional we were given a date for the work ,colours confirmed told when the crew would arrive and work till, the name of our on-site supervisor etc. Crew arrived on time 2 guys total and got to work. Initially they seemed ok (no uniforms as depicted on their website) not a deal breaker just an observation on my part. The painting took 3 days but if I could describe my experience with the crew that CetraPro sent to my house it would be sloppy. There was a lot of paint on the floor, they went over the baseboards with paint from the walls when I asked them to fix it they did but not before telling me it wasnt the painting that was the issue it was because the walls were not straight? They tapped all the baseboards up but when they took off the tape the white paint from the baseboards bleed all over my hardwood floors which again they tried to clean up but to me if you are hiring a professional painter that should not happen. They missed a lot of spots. They did do a lot of touch ups but to be honest we just wanted them to finish so my husband did the rest of the touchups. They missed an entire window well in the bathroom upstairs. They also said that they cover everything but they did not cover my bathroom counter tops in both bathrooms and they basically just threw everything that was on the counter into the sink (picture included). I had to scrap paint off both my counters, faucets etc. One of the guys washed all his paint gear in our powder room on the main floor which clogged up the sink that my husband had to fix. I feel that they rushed to get the job done in 3 days. We were not looking for a fast turnaround and we told Ed that from the beginning. We wanted a refresh to live in our house not sell it so attention to detail was key for us and we feel that was not the case with them.

So to sum it all up if I was to describe the crew that I was given from CetraPro I would say sloppy they are definitely NOT professional painters and that reflects on the entire company.

We were renovating our upstairs which included new floor, trim, popcorn ceiling removal and painting. The worst part of the job was the painters. They spilled paint on the floor, they didn't touch up their mistakes, they didn't sand down the mud properly, they didn't give two coats in some place.

I spent a good deal of money on painting and after its all said and done I should have pocketed the money and done the job myself. I would not recommend these painters.

CertaPro painters arrived on time every day, and cleaned up their work site every night before they left.

I was very happy with friendly painting staff and their managements ability to promptly respond to our many inquiries as this was the first time we had our house painted.

We had a big job and a short window and Ed and his team were able deliver on time. Would recommend a adding additional painter for such a large job but overall we are happy with the results. (Dollar figure purposely left out).

Most importantly, we would use this companies painting services again.

Great friendly painters with knowledge, professional staff. My house project was completed on time. Painters left everything clean, arrived on time. I would highly recommend this company to complete any painting project.

Ed promptly responded to my request for a quote. The painters were really good and this was not an easy site, our Tudor style home being on a steep hillside surrounded by dense shrubbery. I used to have vines growing on the house so there was a lot of sanding required to get the vine's sticky bits off the wood before painting. They took it all in stride and managed to complete the job in one day, staying later into the evening because it was a perfect day for painting. This year the rains have been very frequent so they didn't want to wait until the next day when it might not be so good. I was impressed with their work ethic and the pride they took in doing a good job for us.

Great customer service. The job was completed in two days and it met my expectations. The gentlemen who worked at my house were courteous and did a great job. I am already making plans to use Certapro paint to do some exterior paint during the summer.
