Excellent Customer Service
I reached out to Steve and he got back to me within 30 mins.
We required our Navien tankless water heater to be serviced and for our furnace to be cleaned. Steve quoted me a price and we set a date for about a week later. Al and Matt showed up on the appropriate date and were punctual.

After both water heaters were cleaned they noticed some additional sweat that shouldnt be there and took it upon themselves to contact Navien customer support for additional information. They had to order parts which they did and returned a week later for installation.

Tanks are now functioning correctly and our furnace is clean all at the quoted price. Customer service was top shelf and Steve was true to his word. I will definitely be using AIM again in the future. They are professional and reliable. Spread the word.

I had Gavin from Air in Motion to service and clean my air conditioner. Gavin was very polite, efficient, he cleaned my air conditioner, gave it a really good scrub then came into the basement and checked my furnace. My filter was dirty, he suggested that I purchase an inexpensive air filter while I wait for the proper ones to be delivered. He said a dirty filter prevents air from flowing properly and doesn't cool the house efficiently. Thank you, Steve, for sending Gavin.
