Being a single mom living with two teenagers meant constantly repeating myself and asking that lights be turned off when the kids left a room. Needless to say, repeating myself constantly wasn't working and was landing on deaf ears. I had to look for a solution to automate the lighting in our home, mainly so that lights were not left on all the time and costing me money in wasted energy. I called HiomePlus Automation and spoke with Doug who came up with the perfect solution that met our needs and budget. He was professional and timely in doing the work right.

Not only have I stopped repeating myself like a broken record but I've also noticed other conveniences such as being able to walk into a room with my hands full and not have to fidget to turn the light on.

My initial Smart Home provider did not give me what I had asked for, Doug came in and upgraded my home to finally give me what I had asked for originally. I wish I used Doug at the beginning. If your looking for someone to give you quality then Doug is your guy. Finally someone who can give you your money's worth !!!

I've been thinking of automating my home and figured I would start out small to see how I liked it. I contacted HomePlus Automation Inc. and arranged an appointment. The company representative (Doug) was very professional. He arrived on time, listened to what I wanted, suggested what would be the best items to start with and did not try to upsell me. He explained exactly what his company offered including follow up services and warranties, showed me what the work would involve and what it would cost. When the work was done it was on time and on budget. I started small by automating the lights in a couple of rooms. It's amazing how it has simplified my life. I can walk into a room and the lights automatically come on and when I leave the room the lights automatically go off. I no longer waste hydro by accidently leaving the lights on. It's one of the best things I've ever done. I will definitely be adding more automation to my home and thanks to the excellent service I received from HomePlus Automation Inc. they will be the ones I call.
