We hired Manuel to help finish a renovation of the main floor of our older bungalow we had just purchased. We started the renovation ourselves and it got to a point where we needed someone to come in with the expertise to finish the project and tie all of the loose ends together. Manuel did an outstanding job and far exceeded my expectations as a contractor. He is very professional and we are so thankful that we hired him to complete the project. The work included removal of a wall, baseboards and door replacement, painting the upstairs, putting in windows and doors, new tile in the kitchen and bathroom and refinishing the hardwood floors. There was open communication during the whole process and his goal was to ensure that we were happy with the work. We will be gutting and renovating our basement within the next year and there is no doubt that we will be calling Manny to help with this project! He is fantastic, the price is fair and extremely reasonable, he had many resources for things we needed (tile, a built in window bench, painters) and he is honest and professional. Thank you Manny for doing such an amazing job!!

Manuel has in-depth knowledge on how thing’s should be done in effective way.He provided the very best quote for my entire projects and was hired as general contractor to provide laundry room, wet sink including kitchen cabinets, fire place and painting in the basement. In addition, he did the texture on entire main floor ceiling, the bathroom in the upper floor and bathroom in the basement.
I would definitely recommend him for any home renovation and general contracting projects and will hire him for any future project(s) at my home.

We had Manny develop our basement which included installing a bathroom, bedroom and living room while retaining some storage space. We are incredibly pleased with the result.

First of all Manny's quote was significantly less than any other contractor we consulted as was his timeline estimate. (The timeline was important to us as we wanted the work done before a certain date and there really wasn't much wiggle room.)

Manny was awesome! He offered suggestions when we weren't sure what to do and listened to what we had to say as well. The job was finished right on time and I'm confident it would have been completed early if we hadn't been waiting on the arrival of a couple items. We went over the quote but that was because we added a few upgrades to our original request. The final price was still below our budget.

We have already recommended Manny to friends and we will recommend him to anyone who mentions needing someone for a home renovation. We really couldn't be happier with the final result.

Manuel is such a pleasure to work with, definitely went above and beyond for us. Took care of several extras at no extra charge, quality of work is excellent - if he wasn't happy with it he redid it. Manuel, owner of MDA Renovations, completed buiding a bathroom in our basement. Construction consisted of rough in plumbing right through to finishing touches. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions to improve design, he took care of many details which we hadn't considered. He and his son demonstrated pride in their workmanship and treated our home with respect, cleaning up as they went. We are very pleased with the results and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend MDA Renovations. His pricing was reasonable and the project completed on time and on budget. We will definitely be calling Manuel for our next home renovation project.

We hired Manuel and his co workers to do a fairly big renovation. Our job consisted of having an old basement bathroom and sauna completely gutted and an entirely new bathroom with heated tile floor a fantastic custom shower built. They constructed a 'man cave' complete with a built in entertainment unit, lighting and new ceiling. They also cut out an old basement window and replaced it with one double the size. There was drywall work done in the upstairs of our home, painting... It was a big project! There were shelving units and cupboards built and electrical work done.
Manuel and his group did a fantastic job. Manuel was on the job everyday, he would show up by 8:30 and work a very long day until our entire project was completed. He was very respectful of our home, very neat and organized. Any questions or concerns were welcomed and very easily managed. There were no odds and ends left undone and the job was very well cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Manuel to anyone. His work ethic is second to none!
