Digital21

After trying at least 5 other places I found on kijiji, none of whom returned my calls or downright failed to show up on the day they promised to give an estimate, I tried looking for Home Theatre Installation instead. Digital21 come up as it was close to where I lived. Cale visited my house on the date and time he promised and spent a good hour or so figuring out a solution to wire my house with ethernet (I'm not a fan of WiFi), of which he gave a free estimate. I had to change the day of installation on him because of business travel and Cale was very accommodating. On the day of installation, Cale and his colleague Kyle, were very professional and worked diligently. They even worked through their lunch break to ensure I was offline only while I took my lunch; now THAT is courteous! They checked all the network drops to make sure everything worked and cleaned up everything afterwards.

I'm very pleased with Digital21's service and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Cale from Digital21 was very professional right from the start of our project to the finish. Honest with everything we needed and made suggestions without having the pushy salesman attitude. Never left a mess and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We were very thrilled with his quality of workmanship, enjoy our Theatre Room, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again and refer him to friends and family.
