    Bat eviction

    After moving into a century home with obvious signs of bat habitation in our unfinished third floor attic over the years, Keith was able to politely ask our unwanted guests to leave and seal up their previous access points. Guaranteed work... Would highly recommend!

    Mouse proofing

    Urban Wildlife Control did a great job of getting rid of our mouse problem. They were very thorough, and answered all our questions.

    Quick, Thorough and Professional

    Noticed an increase in bat droppings on our deck. Quick response, excellent value quote. Thorough sealing. Used wire mesh around vents and soffits ends. Installed exit tubes to avoid trapped bats... came back a few weeks later to remove the tubes. Two Thumbs Up on this service

    Bat Removal

    I was doing a routine inspection of the unfinished attic for any signs of maintenance or pest requirements and noticed an unusual pile of droppings. I've never noticed droppings in the attic before, and these were tiny little mounds. With some research, I discovered a new family of bats had moved in. Luckily, Keith was able to come up and seal what he could identify as potential entry points leaving egress tubes in place for a year, afterwhich he promptly returned to remove. I would highly recommend Keith. His experience and attention to customer care was reassuring when dealing with such an unnerving situation.

    Bat Colony Removal

    I have waited a bit over a year to write this review and I did so on purpose. We always found bats inside our living space in the fall and winter. We would wake from sleeping to their quiet fluttering as they darted across our bedroom. Or we would come home in the evening to find them circling a chandelier in the hall. With a new baby in the picture, this was clearly no longer just a minor annoyance; we needed to take action and quickly. Keith sealed up our attic spaces. Stout wire was placed over the soffit vents and a clear silicone was used to seal up the space between the wood and the stone. The job took a lot of up and down the ladder and working up at 30 feet; it was quite the task! I am happy to report that the Fall and Winter came and went and we did not have a single bat inside our living spaces. It is a huge relief to be able to sleep soundly knowing that we are protected from the bats. Bats are great. As long as they stay outside. Thank you, Keith, for the work and the peace of mind!

    bats in the attic

    He did a great job sealing the entry points and installing one way out bat doors.

    Bird / Nest removal from vent

    Nick was fantastic! Punctual, professional and courteous - he inspected our vents, quoted the work, and did what he said he would do! He evicted the nest of baby birds without harming them, and was very patient when one refused to come out. Definitely the only pest removal company I'll ever call again - thanks guys! Jason D.

    Nest in dryer vent

    Keith was amazing! I could not find anyone willing to climb the more that 3 stories to do the job of removing a nest and installing a vent cover until Urban Wildlife Control Inc. was recommended. This difficult job was responded to immediately and completed very professionally and and efficiently. Thank you so very much! I would highly recommend Urban Wildlife to anyone needing their services.

    Raccoon Removal

    Keith was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He removed the raccoon family and also completed the wildlife-proofing on the rest of the house. We're hoping that we don't need to take advantage of the 5-year guarantee, but we're glad to have it just in case! I would highly recommend Keith and Urban Wildlife Control.

    Raccoon Removal

    Keith was very professional and courteous. He answered all our questions and was quick to respond to calls at any time of the day or evening. Our family of raccoons is safely out of our attic and the wire mesh which Keith custom made for all the vent covers is secure and professional looking. Thank you Keith! Deb (Guelph)
