I called Fusion Electric because I have seen their trucks in our neighbourhood and was given a business card from a neighbour. We had a light fixture box that needed repair and a fixture to install. They actually showed up before the scheduled time and were more than professional. They showed me all of their information regarding WSIB clearance certificate, liability insurance, their certificates of qualifications, ESA number, etc. This is important information for homeowners to know. They also wear shoe covers over their safety shoes and clean up after they are finished - have not seen many contractors do this. The cost is given up front before they start work so you know exactly what the price is - maybe a little pricey though. They also provided us with some suggestions to install a surge trap on our panel to protect our home. The electrician and his apprentice were more than courteous. It is also nice to know they support apprenticeship training.

We contact Sean and had a small job. He got back to us on time and he send his team to our house, they arrived when they said they would. They switched out our fuses for nice new breakers. The washroom fan was not working for a while. Sean came to my house on the same day that I contacted him. He was professional and very reasonable, and a lot more cost efficient than the other quotes I received.
