Quick, friendly and efficient. Scott fixed a leak in one of my toilets and power snaked my drain. Could not have asked for better service! Price was food too! Highly recommended!

Have an older mobile home. Last winter my neighbor's pipes froze. Knowing this winter is expected to be cold, I wanted our heat tapes checked and, if needed, replaced. Mr Cuthbert responded quickly to my email and came to inspect the situation the next day. I was very pleased with his promptness. I would recommend this plumber if asked.

I had Scott over to complete a bunch of work (replace main water shutoff valve, replace poly-b leading to outside, replace outside hose bibs). He completed the work quickly and made it look easy. Although Scott was fast, it wasn't as if he was rushing. He just seemed really skilled. He took the time to look at the plumbing to the dishwasher and provided his opinion on whether it made sense to address right away or wait until renovations at a later date; we decided to wait. Glad we had Scott to complete the repairs we had accumulated over the years. It was easy to communicate with him over the phone/email and pricing was reasonable. We will contact Cuthbert Plumbing for any future projects and repairs.

I called Cuthbert Plumbing on a Friday with a plugged Kitchen sink. I was concerned that I would have to cope without my kitchen sink over the weekend. They had someone at my house within the hour. (Having said that, he was already in my area and was able to fit me in between appointments) He was very polite, efficient and effective. Within 20 minutes he had me up and running and for an extremely reasonable price compared to some other quotes I had received. I am 100% satisfied.

Our water heater started leaking on the weekend. Contacted Scott by email and got an immediate response. He replaced the water heater the next morning and his service was excellent - punctual, tidy, efficient, and very pleasant. Would highly recommend him.

We arrived home from a short vacation to find our hot water heater leaking water. We had to turn off the water, and find a company to replace our heater and remove it. We called several companies and were either told that we would have to wait until the next week or pay for a estimate that would be determined the next day and then wait several more days for an appointment for the install. We called Cuthbert Plumbing and they arrived that day, gave us an estimate that was reasonable and proceeded to install a new heater. They checked ever faucet in the house to get out the air in the lines and removed the old heater. We now have hot water and a clean site because of their prompt service. I heard a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Turned the water off. Called Cuthbert Plumbing. They were in the neighbourhood and got to our house in fifteen minutes. In another twenty minutes they had repaired the pipe. Fast and efficient.
