Paul and Daniel did an amazing job on our basement. They know this type of work without a technical doubt. From the first discussion through to the finished product. We never doubted that the job would go safely and that we would be very happy with the work. Where they truly stand out is in there client service. They are open, available and willing to go above and beyond without hesitation. They are friendly and flexible as well. We would often call them with questions or concerns and we would get a response almost immediately, even if it was on a weekend. When we requested additional services (i.e. building a new set of stairs), rather then just hand over a phone number, they personally brought over their carpenter of choice, participated in the discussion of the design and made recommendations based on their past experiences. One day we called them (when one of our old pipes started leaking that had NOTHING to do with their work), Daniel was over within half an hour to help, even though they were in the middle of a job.
