Worked with Steve again with the repair of my sliding glass door yesterday. He is a very determined worker who strives to get a great job done. I am very appreciative of his workmanship! Just like last month when he came to do a very thorough service on my garage door.

This is our second time hiring Alex and Heritage Home Design to replace the second half of our windows and the front door, and we were, once more, extremely pleased with the work done. Alex is professional and easy to communicate with. The Heritage Maximum window style is similar to our original wood windows and fits our home's traditional design. The new front door with full sidelites and semi-circular transom window significantly improved the look of our home. The installer Roman and his team worked diligently to match the original window and door trim, and did an excellent job. We definitely recommend Heritage Home Design.

We bought a double patio door with blinds inside the glass. Finding an installer wasn't easy as either the quotes were very high or they did not want to install a door that we did not buy form them. Finally Heritage Home Design gave me a reasonable quote. I'm very happy with the job Alex did installing the door. His workmanship seems very solid. He spent extra time ensuring proper levelling and insulation, and then finished the job with quality aluminum side panels. Highly recommended.

I was in need of only one new window installation. I called several companies but was unsuccessful in even getting a quote as I was told they do not come out for only one window. Heritage Home didnt blink an eye and provided a quote that was reasonable. I was concerned about the timeline but there were no problems and it was installed on time. Alex always responded timely to each email and the installation of the window was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

We have hired Heritage Home Design three times now: first to do a front door, then to replace our windows, and now the back door. We return to them because their service is friendly and efficient, and the workmanship is very good quality. They are very responsive, careful with installation, and take the time to clean up the workspace very well. Old school craftsmen! Highly recommend.

I had an ongoing issue with a bedroom window that was causing leaks in the laundry room wall. Called a few companies and they were not interested in coming out for a single window. Called Alex and he was happy to come out. Gave me few options and decided on one. Was bang on with time to get window from manufacturer. Install was smooth and so far all is good with new window.

I had all my windows done in 2013. They were in and out in 2 days and did an amazing job. 10 years later and they are still looking after me with no charge. Alex was awesome from start to finish.

Heritage Home Design replaced our windows and door. We chose to work with this company because Alex was very professional and his suppliers offered higher quality windows and doors compared to other options we looked at. It was very easy to communicate with Alex; he provided a clear written estimate; and we received a detailed sketch of our windows prior to placing the order. We are pleased with the quality of the installer's work as well, including matching the original wood trim. We plan to hire Heritage Home Design again to replace the remainder of our windows and second door.

Alex and his team, Roman, Leon and Steve did an AMAZING job with our windows and doors. Heritage was recommended to us by Leo who was also very happy with their work. They were all professional, courteous and answered all of our many questions. We were really happy with their expertise and installation. They were highly skilled with everything and clean up was also amazing. Alex is so very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable and is always happy to help with any questions. I would highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone.

Alex and his team did a great job with our new front door. It was a bit complicated because we asked them to install a door manufactured by a different company. We didn't have a good experience with the other company (should have read the reviews!) and looked on HomeStars for someone else to do the installation once we took delivery of the door. That's how we connected with Heritage Home Design, and I'm glad we did. Alex and his installer advised us to go with an entirely new frame for the door, rather than try to attach it to the old frame. This increased the cost and the timeline, but it was the right advice. And the final costs and timeframe were reasonable and matched the written estimate. The installation process was also smooth and headache-free. Alex was very good about keeping us updated and responding to questions, and his installation team was great, too. They were friendly and efficient, and they got the job done well. Bottom line is that we have zero regrets about hiring Heritage Home Design for this job, and they'll be our first call when we look at replacing some windows next year.
