The installers were friendly, patient (we had loads of questions), and efficient. They were in and out within a few hours, didn't leave any mess. The owner subsequently followed up with us to make sure that everything went well, and to address any outstanding questions. He even tossed in a winter cover!

From our initial inquiry to the finish of the project, Craig was nothing but superb and professional, extremely patient and felixble to our schedule. Answered all my questions and gave invaluable sugguestions. Throughly explaining all aspect of the install as well as the equipment being installed. Recommended what we needed, not what we thought we needed. On install date, the installers were very professional, on time and performed a tidy job. The Four Season team did a great, clean job. Craig was extremely patient, we had tons of questions about various options (classic a/c unit vs split-system, noisy vs quiet, braket mounted vs ground mounted, deluxe vs standard). The installers showed up on time (I mean right on time at 12.00.00!), they looked for the perfect location, took their time to find the best spot. After that it was really fast, it took less than 3 hrs for the installation. Craing double-checked to make sure everything is right, then explained the thermostat settings for us (yes, we never had a/c before...). We highly recommend his work!

After doing some research online. I came about his name in Hawthorne Villager. he has a lot of possitive feedback on that forum. Me and my friend (neighbor ) went with him . I was not available during the installation but he still installed my AC and just came back to pickup the payment. I volunteered to organize an AC group buy on behalf of a new home online community last summer. After talking to a few service providers, I decided to go with Craig at Four Seasons. Not only was his pricing competitive, but his professionalism, honesty, and product knowledge all came through during our negotiations and several subsequent discussions. Most importantly, he was also highly recommended on other online forums, plus he was willing to stand by the quality of his work by providing written guarantee to assume the builder warranty of the furnace, should the installation of the AC by a third party vendor ever became an issue. At my own decision point, Craig strongly advised me against purchasing the larger AC unit that I wanted. Although this would have meant more revenue for him, it was not the right decision for our home or our needs and he spoke up!!! Before finalizing the purchase, he visited the site (to determine the direction the house would be facing, etc), and asked us to get certain information from the builder to ensure that the AC and humidifier were properly sized. Our installation went smoothly. His team was on time, cleaned up after themselves and walked us through key operations and provided tips to ensure efficiency. Craig was not part of the installation team, but he followed up that same day, and a few days after to ensure all was still well.
