After a home inspection discovered an isolated blackish area in our attic of our four month old roof, we had two mould remediation companies in to inspect. We felt that addressing the cause (bathroom fan/vent) and completely removing that portion of the roof was the only option we were comfortable with. Quotes don't hurt you. If you are getting your roof re-done...get a quote from this company. You will be happy you did. Very happy with the professionalism of the crew. They were very conscientious of the homeowner (my family). Job was done quickly and they did a very good cleanup after. Also recommended at no extra cost to redo the pool house roof to match and paint the eaves to match the new color of the roof.
