I am very pleased with the roof. The price was competitive and the work excellent. I also had the eaves troughs done at the time. I am very disappointed with the work done. A problem that was pointed out was not properly addressed although I was assured it would be I called Greg numerous times but the problem was never corrected. I was never provided with the name of the company that did the eaves troughs. I am now stuck with significant loss due to seepage through the foundation and this is not be covered by my insurance. (substandard workmanship) Not to mention a huge repair bill.

We highly recommend Greg Goodwin, Roofing 101. After a home inspection discovered an isolated blackish area in our attic of our four month old roof, we had two mould remediation companies in to inspect. We felt that addressing the cause (bathroom fan/vent) and completely removing that portion of the roof was the only option we were comfortable with. Greg of Roofing 101 was polite, punctual and explained the process clearly. He even moved all the insulation and inspected the bathroom drywall ceiling and surrounding area and took pictures so we could ensure that there were no other blackened areas. Greg Goodwin is the type of contractor that all homeowners should experience. Thank you Greg!

Quotes don't hurt you. If you are getting your roof re-done...get a quote from this company. You will be happy you did. Very happy with the professionalism of the crew. They were very conscientious of the homeowner (my family). Job was done quickly and they did a very good cleanup after. Also recommended at no extra cost to redo the pool house roof to match and paint the eaves to match the new color of the roof. Small company who realize the importance of customer satisfaction in a very competitive market.
