    Deep Clean

    Caroline and Owen are true professionals and their attention to detail in cleaning our home to prepare it for staging/listing was second to none. Our home feels brand new again! Thanks so much, we won't hesitate to use you again in our new home!

    Cleaning services

    VIP Cleaning Services is an exceptional company! I have used their cleaning service twice - having connected to them based on the recommendation of friends - and, each time came to my home they did not disappoint! Most recently I had just moved back into my home after renovations and my place was in need of some “TLC”. I highly recommend Caroline and Owen for their attention to detail as well as the care that they took to bring out the full beauty of my home, after a full day’s work.     Big House Cleaning Job

    Our positive impression of VIP began with my initial call with Caroline and continues to this day. Caroline, Owen and Everol worked eight solid hours cleaning our 3,200 square foot home from top to bottom, including dusting, vacuuming, washing floors and great work in our three bathrooms. I must say how happy we are with the fantastic job that Caroline did on our six burner Viking Stove and exhaust hood that had not had serious attention for three million years. They did such a great job that VIP will be coming to our place every two weeks.

    Deep cleaning goes DEEP with VIP

    Owen and Everol arrived at 9am and started right away. Our house had not been deep cleaned in years and they were so professional and concentrated on doing amazing work. They removed the screens from all the windows, wiped those down, and cleaned all the dirt and bugs that died on the tracks there. The wiped down all the fans and light fixtures and got all the cobwebs from the high ceiling corners. They also moved all the furniture away from the walls to vacuum and mop all the baseboards. They left at 630pm. I am so happy with the work they did. It was a pleasure to have both of them in my home, they were respectful and kind. I will definitely be recommending VIP Cleaning Services to all my friends and family. Thank you Owen and Everol!

    VIP = Very Impressive People + Very Impressed People

    Owen and Caroline answered my request quickly, offered an on-site visit to provide an honest quote. They are both super friendly and practiced safe physical distancing (as required right now) so they earn the title of Very Impressive People. On clean day, I was working from home and could smell the house getting cleaner by the minute! Final product is stellar! The house smells and looks fantastic.     3 bedroom/1 bath/Living/Dining/Kitchen Transformation

    I have two playful furballs aged 1.5 years and 3.5 years and it's normal for me to come across a hairball or three on a daily basis. I also live in a 91 year home with nearby road construction underway for the past few weeks with a plan to list my place for sale 9 days after requesting cleaning service. I had the pleasure of requesting this with 3 different companies and Owen and Caroline were the only ones that were willing to come to my place for a quote on viewing it. They were both charming and friendly, gave me a quote the same day, I believe, and catered to my weekend request even though that was not the norm for them. They replied right away, did not waste my time, and were nothing but a treat to interact with. Cleaning day came too soon as I barely finished decluttering my place and they came and spent 7.5 hours making my place livable and shiny again - a task not so easy with cats, an old house, and construction to contend with. From vacuuming window screens, to leaving behind a delicious aroma in the upstairs-level when they were only halfway through the job to keeping me informed of where they were at or just excusing my nosy-ness as I walked through to clear up and check on them I am so in awe of their work ethic and fabulous results. I do plan to have them come over, Please Owen, once more to tidy up my SOLD property before I depart it.. They are just that happy and easy to be around.

    Cleaning for new home

    I recently purchased a new-to-me townhouse and wanted to hire someone to do a deep cleaning before I moved in. I asked around and a friend referred me to VIP Cleaning Services. Caroline and her team arrived on time although it was quite a drive for them. I showed them around the house and left. When they were finished, I went back and saw what an amazing job they did. Everything was clean, spotless. Appliances looked brand new. I can’t thank to and recommend them enough.

    Home Cleaning Services

    Amazing quality of service. So happy with Carolyn and her team. They’re very professional , courteous and accommodating and thorough. Even on shorter notice such as extra cleaning dates etc. They do an exceptional job cleaning our home every time they come. Highly recommend for anyone that needs some awesome help cleaning their homes! We couldn’t keep up ourselves but VIP cleaning has taken that load off us so we can enjoy our time in other ways.

    Superb service

    We have used VIP regularly for the past 8 years, trust them unequivocally and recommend them unreservedly. Owen and Carolyn (owners) are a pleasure to to work with. They are attentive to details, conscientious, and respectful of our home. Even when we can’t be at home on our scheduled day, they do a superb job. Superb value! Superb services! Superb people!

    Thorough, Deep Clean, Transformative, Dynamic Duo

    Cleanliness is that feeling you experience when you walk into a room -the floor is smooth under your feet, rooms are airy, appliances sparkle and you're thrilled to the core because everything is on point- that's what Caroline and Owen deliver. Bought a condo and wanted to throw out the washer but changed my mind when I saw it. They cleaned behind the washer, dryer, oven, cupboards, drawers, washroom, chandeliers . I could not have pulled off what they did - they are transformers. They're very pleasant and provide good customer service. Will be tapping on their shoulder again!
