Disappointing experience after previous successful ones (on smaller projects). Job took 400% longer, cost 25% more than estimate. Job specs not followed on several occasions; work needed to be undone/redone. Frequent work pauses. Attempts to discuss/resolve met with anger, excuses, and blaming (“staff shortages,” “lack of supply,” me). Impression was that they were over-extended and under-resourced. Final result was poor quality and much frustration.

Aztecs Custom Renovations are by far the best renovation company out there. So professional, knowledgable, experienced and absolutely everything they do is held to the highest of standards.
