After the work Neil even called to follow up to see how the job went and offered advise on refinishing the basement in an allergy safe way. After enduring a mildew/mold smell for many weeks, I contacted Elemental and Neil came promptly and reviewed the situation. Localized seeping from outside due to bad grading was confirmed. He tested humidity, water concentration and closely visually inspected of the area. Neil was honest, explained the situation clearly and suggested steps for us to address the issue ourselves. He could have taken advantage of our ignorance and it was a pleasure to deal with an honest and professional serviceman. Neil provides free inspection. I strongly recommend his service.

We were extremely amazed by Neals knowledge, the quality of service, his personal caring attitude to solve our basement mould problem, in a very efficient manner. A very professional company. They are priced very reasonably. They did work to our satisfaction. Neal was very thorough in explaining all the process and also guided us as to what precautionary measures we should take regarding our issue.

I highly recommend Elemental Restoration, they were fast, friendly, and professional. They rolled a protective runner from the front door all the way upstairs to the attic access. They removed the mold in our attic, it looks brand new up there now! They left no mess, they showed me pictures of the work completed and most importantly they stuck by their quote. I hope I won't need their services again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
